To ensure our customers are satisfied, we offer a limited lifetime warranty exclusively for the metal components of our silver jewelry. Please read the following terms and conditions to understand the coverage and limitations of our warranty.
1. Warranty Coverage
- Metal Warranty: We offer a lifetime warranty on the silver metal of our jewelry. This warranty covers any defects or issues that occur in the metal due to manufacturing flaws or material defects. If you experience any defects in the silver metal, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
- Silver Jewelry Only: The warranty is limited to the metal of silver jewelry. Any defects or issues related to other elements of the jewelry, such as stones, coconut shell, or other materials, are not covered by this warranty.
2. Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage Caused by the Customer: Any damage resulting from mishandling, improper care, exposure to chemicals, or accidents is not covered. This includes scratches, dents, bending, and other types of damage caused by the customer after receiving the jewelry.
- Normal Wear and Tear: As with all jewelry, regular use may cause natural wear and tear. This is not covered by the warranty, including any changes in the appearance of the silver over time due to everyday use.
- Non-Metal Components: Any damage to non-metal parts of the jewelry, such as coconut shell, beads, or other decorative elements, is not covered by this warranty. These materials are not part of the metal warranty coverage.
- Alterations or Repairs by Third Parties: If the jewelry has been altered or repaired by anyone other than Ruka Ornaments Pvt Ltd, the warranty will be voided.
3. How to Request Warranty Service
If you believe your silver jewelry qualifies for a warranty claim, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at ask@rukaornaments.com within a reasonable time frame (after discovering the defect) with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the jewelry showing the defect.
- Review and Verification: We will review your claim and verify whether it qualifies under the warranty terms. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item for repair or replacement.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the jewelry to us. If your warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to you.
4. Limitation of Liability
The warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the silver metal components of the jewelry. We do not offer refunds or compensation for the time the item is under warranty repair or for any inconvenience caused by the warranty process.
5. Non-Warranty Products
Our product line consists exclusively of silver jewelry. However, we also use materials such as coconut shell, and other non-metal materials for certain designs. These non-metal products are not covered under this warranty. Damage or defects in these materials, including but not limited to cracks, breakage, or discoloration, are not covered by the warranty.
