1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 4 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 4 days will not be eligible for return or refund.

- Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry (items made specifically for your order)
- Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer after receiving them
- Items purchased on sale or promotional offers (if applicable)
3. Size Exchanges
If the size of the jewelry does not fit, we offer an exchange for a different size, if applicable. To be eligible for a size exchange:
- The request must be made within 4 days of receiving the product.
- The jewelry must be in its original, unused condition, and returned in the original packaging.

4. Damage Due to Customer Handling
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been damaged due to mishandling, improper care, or accidents after they have been delivered to the customer. Please handle your jewelry with care to ensure its longevity.
5. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at ask@rukaornaments.com within 4 days of receiving your item to request a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval: We will review your request and confirm if the return is eligible. If approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged during transit.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If everything is in order, we will process your refund.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been approved and the product has been inspected. Please note:
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Exchanges
- Size Exchange: If the size of your jewelry does not fit, we offer exchanges for the correct size (if applicable), within 4 days of receipt. The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- Other Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges for products other than size-related issues. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or design, you will need to return the original item (following the return process above) and place a new order for the desired product.
8. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at ask@rukaornaments.com with a photo of the item and your order details. We will review your case and, if applicable, offer a full refund or replacement.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
