1. What is the typical delivery time for my order?
- Sri Lanka:
We take 5 to 8 working days to create and craft your jewelry, and delivery within 2 to 5 days after that. Delivery is free within Sri Lanka. - Worldwide:
We take 5 to 8 working days to craft your jewelry, and delivery within 1 to 2 weeks worldwide. A flat shipping rate applies for international orders.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
- Sri Lanka:
Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders within Sri Lanka. - Worldwide:
We charge a flat rate for international shipping, which will be added to your order during checkout.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number (if available) via email. You can use this number to track your order through the shipping provider’s website.
4. What happens if my ring doesn’t fit?
If the size of your ring doesn’t fit, we offer size adjustments (if applicable). Please make sure to measure your ring size accurately before placing your order. If needed, you can contact us to request a size change within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for jewelry once it has been delivered after 4 days from the delivery date. Please ensure the size and design are correct before purchasing.
Additionally, if the damage occurred due to mishandling by the customer, we cannot accept a return or refund request.
6. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a lifetime warranty for the silver metal components of our jewelry. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not apply to damage caused by mishandling, normal wear and tear, or non-metal parts (e.g., coconut shell or other decorative elements).
7. Can I create a custom design?
Yes! We offer custom jewelry design services. You can send us your design idea, whether it’s a sketch, description, or inspiration image. Our team will work with you to create a one-of-a-kind piece that suits your needs. Learn more about our custom design process on our Custom Design Page.
8. How do I submit a custom design request?
To get started with a custom design, simply email us at ask@rukaornaments.com with your design ideas, sketches, or a detailed description. We will reach out to you for further consultation and begin working on your unique piece.
9. How do I know which ring size to choose?
If you’re unsure about your ring size, we provide a ring size guide on our website. You can measure your finger or use a ring you already own to find your correct size. You can also contact us for assistance if you’re unsure about the size.
10. Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?
Yes! We offer premium gift wrapping for all orders. If you’re purchasing jewelry as a gift, just let us know, and we will ensure your jewelry is beautifully packaged and ready for gifting.(only if requested)
11. Can I modify my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the crafting process has begun, we may not be able to make adjustments. If you’re unsure about any details, feel free to reach out before confirming your purchase.
